ROLLING MEADOWS FAMILY CAMPGROUND POLICIES

Check-In
Check-in after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Check-Out
Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night.

Cancellations and Changes
If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $5 service charge per site booked. If you call or email less than 7 days, not including the day of arrival, we will be pleased to use your deposit to confirm another stay for you pending availability.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Guests
Obey all rules and regulations posted throughout the campground.
You are responsible to keep your site clean and tidy at all times.
DO NOT enter other campsites even if unoccupied. This includes children and pets.

Vehicles
1 vehicle per site with a valid parking permit. Other vehicles permitted at managements discretion and require a parking permit. Call for information. Vehicles must not block the road or other campsite(s). Failure to follow could result in towing at owner's expense.
The posted speed limit is 5 MPH.

Visitors (anyone not a registered camper)
Day or night visitors must register with management there is a charge per visitor. A campground parking permit will be issued.

Children
Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise your children on the property, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.

Tables
Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. If you require more room, ask management. Do not move/remove tables from other sites.

Pets (All pets must be registered with campground management, bring current license and vaccination records.)
Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and under the control of the owner.
Animals may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences.
Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner.
Follow all rules posted on the dog parks.
Dogs are not permitted in the children’s playground for safety reasons.

Fires are allowed in firepits only
Fires must be attended at all times. Do not move the firering. Campers will be notified if there are any restrictions to having a fire based on local fire risk levels.
Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Put hot coals in your firepit.

Garbage
All garbage should be bagged and placed in one of the provided cans. The garbage will be picked up regularly. Do not leave garbage bags on the ground.

Not allowed
Any person or persons using profane language, intoxicated, or acting in such a manner that may be injurious or annoying to other people (in the opinion of the management) will be asked to leave at once.
Positively no defacing of trees, or removal of any plants or animals.
Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.
No motor bikes or other unregistered vehicles on the grounds.

Liability
Management will be held harmless for any damage to vehicles or any other property or loss of valuables in or around the campground.
Management will be held harmless from any problems common to the out-of-doors, including, but not limited to, contact with stinging insects, snakes, poisonous plants or wild animals.

After-Hours Assistance/Security
CALL 911 as appropriate before notifying campground management.
Notify campground management at 828-644-6018.

Failure to Follow Campground Rules
The management of this campground reserves the right to terminate the tenancy of a guest for objectionable conduct or failure to abide by the park rules.
If you are asked to vacate the premises due to your inability to abide by the rules, there will be no refund given.

Directions to our campground
Our campground and road are so new that they do not appear on many GPS
applications. Use Google Maps. The detailed written directions below will take you from the 3 main highways to the campground.

From (Hayesville) US-64 W headed to Murphy go straight through the traffic
light for NC-141/US-64 alternate go approximately 2 miles and make a left
on Harshaw Place. See below **

From (Bryson City) US-74 W turn left onto US-64 E toward Hayesville, go
approximately 2.4 miles, and make a right on Harshaw Place. See below **

From (Tennessee) US-64 E/US-74 E go over the Hiwassee River turn right onto
US-64 E toward Hayesville, go approximately 2.4 miles, and make a right on
Harshaw Place. See below **

**Make a right at the stop sign onto Harshaw Rd. Make the
first left about 0.5 miles onto Hampton Church Rd. (it is a gravel
road with a nature created speed bump near the beginning of the road). About 0.2 miles up you will see the sign for the campground bear left onto Rolling Meadows Way. Pull up to the beige building, call 828-644-6018, and we will take you to your site.

ARRIVAL TIMES
2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
14 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. If you'd like to bring your pet, you must provide proof of vaccination.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
